I give 5 Stars for taste and delivery.
When order delivered it was inside a transparent plastic bag with 1 chutni box and 2 foil packing boxes.
Note:- there was no seal and label of restaurant and zomato. The delivery boy mukesh said this is the packaging done by restaurant. Not my fault. It's OK.
I was extremely hungry and opened the polybag at took momos pack.
First, I opened and found -"the momos were fried momos 6 pieces". It was very tasty.
Second, I opened veg singapuri noodles packaging box. I was shocked. Do you know why?
Because there were 6-7 broken pieces of noodle and box was full of fried rice.
Third, at the same time I contacted to the given number of Nukkadwala. The person who took call says the manager is on leave and confirmed that they delivered wrong order for fried rice instead of veg singapuri noodles.
I appreciated the order of fried momos instead of veg shezwan momos.
But with the order for fried rice instead of veg singapuri noodle and the suggestion I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I am hungry. I requested them to take the order back and also requested to deliver the right order because I paid in advance + tip for the order.
The person on call denied to take the wrong order as they said "by mistake order". And suggested me to place another order for veg singapuri noodles.
I asked -" I will return the wrong order and deliver the right order".
Again, he denied and told me that eat rices because they placed the wrong order. I said I want to eat veg singapuri noodles. I am hungry. He said throw the food (fried rice).
I am angry because I am hungry.
I already paid in advance with delivery charges and the restaurant boy said that place the same order again. Why?
He said they will bear the loss and refund with their discounted price for the order and told me to pay again for delivery charge which I already paid. I really do not understand that they packed wrong order and got advance payments.
I excuse, here I am only the one who suffered with all that stuff and inappropriate words in communication.
The restaurant Nukkadwala ordered whatever and suggesting me to pay again.
My question is that am I (the consumer) is mad?
I am not in restaurant that whatever available eat to satisfy hunger. It already took a lot of time to write about complain on extreme level of hunger. I worked overnight and I am writing complain about misuse of food and money.
Surely I want the money back and request to take the order back. I am not living in poverty area where I can feed someone who are really in need this food.
I can hold patience and can control on my hunger as I really enjoyed tasty fried momos @ 65 rupees. But what about fried rice instead of veg singapuri noodles. I do not want to throw. Also, I am not thankful for the suggestion to order again, pay again and throw. Its all about the food.
I would request you to take the order back with original food with packaging.
Comments:- I come to know from the Nukkadwala phone attendant that the cook are not able to read the order. I am an Indian and great lover of tasty and delicious food. I understand that they cook what is ordered to cook to deliver.
The rating was to rate the delivery boy Mukesh. I stepped away to rate him. Because I paid in advance for service+delivery+tip. I read that he want to make home.
The delivery boy was in Zomato T-shirt was the same as showed in the picture. I asked for confirmation code and he was surprised and afraid. As I understand it was about his job because he informed me that he came to deliver when delivery time was gone in 20 minutes for the order preparation from the Nukkadwala. I know that Shastri Nagar is not far from home. Even I ordered the same order from Zomato.
Please do not repeat this again!
