Decided to visit Novobliss resort for dinner. Amazing food quality and service. The location is 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach. Good number of food options were available. If you are vegetarian and craving for good food, this is the place. Non veg options available too. The chef and staff who served food are also very nice and helpful. Service: 5

I had a terrible experience with Novobliss Hotel. I had a confirmed booking via Goibibo, yet when I arrived, they flat-out denied me entry! There was no prior intimation from the hotel about any cancellation, leaving me stranded at the last minute. Their staff was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. Instead of offering a solution, they simply shrugged off their responsibility. Because of their mismanagement, I had to go through a lot of unnecessary stress and make alternate arrangements at the last moment. If you’re considering staying here, think twice! Their lack of communication and poor service can ruin your plans. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

You made the booking through Goibibo, but it is their responsibility to inform you about the cancellation. We had already informed Go-MMT on March 7th and have all the email communications as proof. We also received confirmation from them that all bookings would be canceled. We have been following up with Go-MMT daily to ensure that guests are not impacted. Since Go-MMT manages all bookings for both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, they were responsible for processing the cancellation. So get resolved your queries with Goibibo. Resort is not responsible for it.

Good rooms...clean and maintained property. Service can be better. No hot water for entire two days. Not much breakfast options. For authentic food you have to go outside. Somewhat remote from the beach. Overall good but slightly expensive. Service: 3
