Overpriced with Basic Amenities Missing - NOT a 5-star hotel - unnecessarily expensive. Issues: Hot water only for 2-3 mins, then goes cold (geyser was on) No kettle for hot water Bathroom had only handwash - no shampoo, shower gel, or basic toiletries No restaurant - only thali service. Breakfast was okayish Swimming pool is tiny - for kids only. Don't trust the photos Basic room amenities missing Good part: Staff is friendly Bottom line: Don't pay more than ₹3,000-3,500 (including taxes) at any day of the week. Going through other reviews, seems like management doesn't accept feedback. Not worth the premium pricing. Service: 3

Stayed at this place on 11th December in room no 108 The place is clean but endless flaws Property is unnecessarily expensive Basic amenities are missing Was offered free wifi but it worked only 15 mins No toiletries No cold drinks available in the restaurant and took 45 mins to decide whether they can get it from outside Basic requirements of bread butter was not full filled The management is not ready to accept Found cockroach in the room have attached photos All in all over priced and not much of a good experience Service: 5

We would like to respectfully clarify a few points, as some of the concerns mentioned do not align with our records and standard operating procedures: • All basic amenities and toiletries are provided during housekeeping as part of our regular service. • Wi-Fi service is available across the property, and no widespread connectivity issues were reported during your stay. • Our restaurant maintains a fixed menu and service policy, and outside procurement depends on availability. • Daily housekeeping is carried out only with guest permission. As you were frequently outside the resort during the day, housekeeping access was limited accordingly. • Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and no pest issues were reported by our staff during inspection before or after your stay. That said, we genuinely regret if any inconvenience was felt during your visit. Our team is always available on-site to resolve concerns immediately, and we encourage guests to reach out to the reception so issues can be addressed in real time. I have booked this resort on Holi dates in advance 15 days and booked through Goibibo now similar to one person who wrote review here they have cancelled my booking through go mmt even after paying full money. What kind of ethics is this owner following.. this review is not about who whether go ibibo or mmt cancelled , this is about ethical practices that people needs to follow . With small kids what people will do . We had already made other arrangements for travel ,taken leaves in our offices . Who will reemburse for that. We are very sure that these guys are selling rooms on higher rates than what they show on Goibibo and that's why they have cancelled our bookings. I request Goibibo and mmt not to allow such people do business from your portal.. I will make a registered complyto them also .. but had very very unprofessional and pathetic experience from novobliss resort ..

I think you should reach out to Goibibo regarding Go-MMT. Go-MMT is the merged entity that manages bookings for both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip.The main issue here is that you seem to trust your booking through these OTA portals more than directly with the resort. We had already communicated all bookings for Go-MMT for March 7th—15 days in advance. To clarify, we informed both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip.It was their responsibility to inform you. I also have all the email communications we exchanged with Go-MMT regarding this matter. Even today, if you compare, our resort is not charging higher rates than these OTA portals. In fact, we have been pushing back against them because the prices they charge, along with heavy taxes, are significantly high. Even after your request, they may not be able to take any action because this issue did not originate from our resort—it was a problem with the portals.That being said, we had already communicated with them in advance to ensure that no guest would be affected. Novobliss resort always trying to give value for your money. "I request Goibibo and MakeMyTrip not to allow such businesses to operate on your platform."
