I ordered a Double Choco Chip Coffee from NBC Viman Nagar, and there wasn’t a single choco chip in it. Not one. When I called the café to inform them, the person who answered immediately said, “No, there will be choco chips,” without even asking for my order ID or trying to understand the issue. There was zero effort to verify or resolve the complaint. Eventually, he just said, “Sorry, I’ll pass the feedback forward,” which felt like a very casual dismissal rather than genuine customer service. I’m a frequent visitor at their Kalyani Nagar branch, and the difference in quality and service is very noticeable, that outlet is far better managed and consistent. The Viman Nagar outlet is already at an inconvenient location, and unfortunately, the service quality makes the experience worse. Very disappointing. Would strongly suggest avoiding this outlet if you expect basic quality and accountability. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400
