Very bad experience , we waited half an hour we didn’t received food on time . When we asked they said 2 minutes, 2 minutes who came after my order they got their order but we didn’t get . Just a small suggestion if you are not able to handle so many orders together then don’t take it , peoples are coming from office to have food if you are not have capacity to serve on time you can cancel the order so people can go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at North Adda. As a Jain (pure vegetarian), I ordered Kadai Paneer and was horrified to find a piece of chicken in my dish. This is not a small mistake — it’s sheer carelessness and a complete disregard for customers’ dietary and religious beliefs. If they can’t serve proper vegetarian food, they simply shouldn’t keep it on the menu. Extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. They didn't apologise even once and took my plate away so that I could not click a picture of their blunder. Not recommended, especially if you are a vegetarian.
