I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member and have dined at many Marriott properties, but my experience at Nook, Aloft Aerocity was nothing short of a nightmare.We visited for dinner yesterday and were treated with complete disrespect by Mr. Balram Khatri, a staff executive who clearly lacks any understanding of customer service. He was rude, dismissive, and outright arrogant, refusing to even listen to our concerns. What should’ve been a simple billing correction turned into 2–3 hours of unnecessary arguments and stress. Not only did he delay the process, but he also misbehaved with us in front of other guests, creating a deeply uncomfortable situation. Even after everything, no apology, no gesture of compensation, and absolutely no accountability from the hotel staff. This is not what I expect from a Marriott property. If Marriott values its customers and Bonvoy members, I hope this is addressed seriously and that we receive a proper apology and compensation for this shocking experience. We were celebrating birthday and went for the buffet. The appetizer or starter section was great. Food was just amazing. Main course was as usual. And in desserts, the blueberry cake and gulab jamuns were just perfect. Overall great good, great service and great ambience.
