Visited today at 12 for lunch, I had already made up mind for meals, since the place was free, checked out the savoury counter and finalized on Onion pakoda, and bitter gourd chips. At the table ordered for meals, the waiter said if I order normal meals I will be charged extra for appalams, I said it ok.He probably thought I wouldn't pay for extras. My daughter wanted soup,I told her it's not the place for soup,but still went ahead with soup. Meals arrived,so did Onion pakoda and bitter gourd chips. Beans,carrot poriyal, keerai kootu,and another kootu, definitely worth for the money . The cream of tomato was a disaster, there was neither cream nor tomato, just a gracious drizzle of pepper,and the vegetable fried rice was richly flavoured with MSG, definitely not kids friendly. Staffs are too judgemental, I don't think I'll visit another time for the attitude of the staff makes uncomfortable.
