Calls itself a hotel, none of the TV's in the hotel work, very shady atmosphere and our geyser wasn't working so I went down to check with the reception (the phone in the room had no indication of which number to dial for the reception) there was noone at the reception, I waited for about 30 mins but no-one came. Such poor service deserves stars In negative. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
