Customer service has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely answered and when they are, the staff is often rude and unhelpful.

We have been getting fish from this store for a long time and we always buy the fish ‘Modha’ in order to try some other, we got the fish ‘thiloppi’ form here and it was spoiled! We thought it might be for one time and give it a try the next time as well, which turned out to be the same.
