If disappointment had a kitchen, this would be its flagship outlet.Visited Nidhi Ki Rasoi with high hopes… came back with higher BP.Hygiene (or the lack of it):The place is so unhygienic that even the flies looked like they were reconsidering their life decisions.One fly literally sat on my plate, looked at the food, and flew away — “bhai ye mere bas ka nahi.”Food & Knowledge:I asked for litti-chokha.They served bati.When I tried explaining the difference, the owner said,“Sir, same hi hota hai.”That’s like saying tea and coffee are the same because both have hot water.Or like saying Virat and Vijay Shankar are the same because both play cricket.Taste:The food tasted like someone watched a YouTube recipe for 20 seconds and said:“Bas, ho jayega.”We ordered three items — all three tasted like their first attempt.Even my first Maggi in hostel had more confidence than this.Service:Slow, confused, and disinterested.I asked for water — they looked at me like I had asked for WiFi password.Half the time I was wondering if I’m supposed to get up and serve myself.Reviews:The glowing reviews online are definitely fake.Either that or the reviewers have never tasted real food in their life.No way a place that confuses litti and bati is getting 4.5 stars.Please.⸻Final Verdict:If you want to see how a restaurant can fail in taste, hygiene, service and basic food knowledge — this is your live demo.Save your money, save your stomach, and save your mood.There are far better options out there.
