Excellent Italian Restaurant with Great Ambience and Service We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The ambience is beautiful, and the staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. The drinks and cocktails are made with care and taste absolutely delicious. The food was excellent from start to finish — especially the wood-fired pizzas, which were a highlight. We dined here as a family of eight on three different occasions during our one-week stay, and each time we left completely satisfied. I can only recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for authentic and delicious Italian food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Niche Bistro is a hidden gem in Goa! We dined here with our family and had an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. The service was top-notch - our server - Mandar, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We enjoyed the vegetarian Pizza and Ravioli were to die for ! The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend Niche Bistro to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Goa with family. Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes!".
