New Rajput Restaurant - A Disgraceful Experience My recent visit to New Rajput Restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. My father and I went there expecting a pleasant dining experience, but what we encountered was appalling service and outright disrespect. After placing our order, we waited for a staggering 45 minutes with no sign of our food. When we inquired about the delay, the owner—a man in his 50s or 60s—responded with shocking rudeness. He dismissively told us to "sit quietly and wait" as if our patience wasn’t already stretched thin. When we pointed out that we should have been informed earlier about the delay, he arrogantly declared that he was telling us now that the order wouldn’t arrive, essentially mocking us for waiting. This level of insolence was infuriating and beyond unacceptable. The situation escalated when the owner’s son took it upon himself to physically intimidate me, attempting to grab my collar during our heated exchange. This unprovoked aggression turned a bad experience into a dangerous one. We were left with no choice but to leave, having wasted our time and endured humiliation. New Rajput Restaurant’s management is a disgrace, showing zero regard for customer satisfaction or basic decency. The owner’s arrogance and the staff’s hostile behavior make this place an absolute avoid. Save your time, money, and dignity—do not step foot in this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re disappointed to read this review and feel it's important to clarify the facts.The guest was under the influence of alcohol and entered our family section, which is reserved for families only. Despite repeated polite requests by our staff to follow the rules, the guest became verbally abusive and aggressive. Our team, including the owner, tried to de-escalate the situation calmly. Claims of physical intimidation are completely false — and we have CCTV footage of the entire incident.We respect every guest, but we also expect basic courtesy and decency in return. We do not tolerate drunken behavior, verbal abuse, or false accusations. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere for all our patrons.— New Rajput Restaurant management
