The food was overpriced for the quantity and taste. They try to act like Michelin chefs by serving sauce on the side, but it tastes like cheap ₹10 tomato ketchup. Honestly, ₹50 street food tastes better than this ₹200 monstrosity. We waited a long time and they didn’t even bother to give us spoons. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

I visited this cafe today and I'll b honest tht this was my worst experience in DMP out of all I visited till now!! I'm a very foodie person and I hav visited a lot of cafes and restaurants in DMP but NEW HOPE CAFE was the worst one!! Waiters are inexperienced, busy in chit chat among themselves!! And the food OMG it's the first worst food I had ever in my entire life!! I ordered Chilli Potato (which make out only best among all), I evn ordered Ramen (but instead of Ramen they served us Masala Maggie and they told it's Ramen only), I evn ordered fried rice (which was not even cooked nicely), I also order Blue Lagoon, Virgin Mojito, Chocolate Milkshake, Chicken with barbeque sauce, and chicken momo (which only came out Okay). They didn't evn serve Napkins, Salt & Pepper, all the other tables were empty they didn't placed anythng on the table!! Whn I calculate my bill came out around 1,350 BUT they made it 1570 + they dnt giv any bill which was very unprofessional. I'll rate this place 2 out of 10 and evn – for the waiters behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
