Visited Neugal Café in Palampur and tried Siddu and Masala Dosa. The Masala Dosa was average, nothing special. But the Siddu was really disappointing—completely unfermented, lacked the authentic taste, and was definitely not worth ₹210. The texture and flavor were not up to the mark. Wouldn’t recommend it for Siddu lovers.
