Neugal Cafe is one of the iconic tourist spots of Palampur. The cafe is managed by HP Tourism. It is still well maintained to a decent extent . However ,construction in the area has spoilt the scenic beauty it was once popular for . Good food , nice ambiance especially in the evenings. Beware of monkeys . Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
