these pigs are delivering stale and infested sweets! I ordered 3 boxes of dry fruits ladoos, all are expired and being eaten by worms!

Extremely disappointing experience! Ordered rasgulla at 9:30 PM through Swiggy, delivered at 10 PM, and found it to be STALE. When I tried to contact the restaurant, there was no helpline available, and my calls went unanswered. I even got a friend nearby to visit the restaurant, only to find it CLOSED. Such poor service and lack of customer care is unacceptable. 1 star isn't even enough. Would not recommend. Update: Irresponsible reply from Neelkanth Sweets. It's just a copy-paste response. Ordered through Swiggy, details are available with shop. Stale rasgulla are available with me and restaurant may collect same through Swiggy.
