I recently visited the Nazeer Foods outlet in Sohna with high expectations, being a long-time fan of the brand. Unfortunately, my experience here was far from the standard that I’ve come to expect from Nazeer. The food served, specifically the tawa chicken and butter naan, felt more like something you’d expect from a roadside stall rather than a reputed chain. The chicken lacked the signature flavor and quality Nazeer is known for, and the butter naan was underwhelming in both texture and taste. It was disappointing to see such a huge drop in quality at this outlet, especially since I know how exceptional the food can be at their other locations. This kind of experience not only diminishes the trust customers have in the brand but also feels like an attempt to take advantage of loyal patrons who expect a certain level of service and quality. I hope the management takes note of such inconsistencies and ensures that all their outlets adhere to the same standards. Nazeer has built a reputation over the years, and it would be a shame to see it diluted by such poor experiences.
