Been here a gazillion times; also since it is bang near our dwelling place.

Quality wise none of their products fit my description of a decent place. Tried their puff, plum cake, carrot cake, halwa (aka aluwa).

However it is the only solace in vazhakkala area.

my all time favourite bakery in Kakkanad. Their snacks are always yummy esp the cutlet n samosa (my personal favs). Sweets like laddoo n jalebi are also so good. Their cakes esp black forest are a part of our bday celebrations

The prices mentioned in the menu for plum cakes are wrong
The customer service was really poor .I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this branch of navya as the staff didn't even bother to ask what you want .The dates and carrot cake was an average I wouldn't give it a 10 but it's still the best available near this place. If you had any other bakery like Ann's I would recommend their rumberry plum cake
