Many people visit Navya Bakers, T B junction to taste perfectly cooked cutlets and good sandwiches. Great tea is a decent choice. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the appealing staff. Enjoyable service is something clients appreciate here. When inside, the atmosphere is pretty. I’ve been a customer of Navya Bakers since my high school days, back when it was a small bakery shop in Karukutty. I’ve been a big fan ever since, and even today, I still enjoy their cakes—they’re really good! Over the years, I’ve tried products from several of their outlets. Unfortunately, it seems that nowadays the focus has shifted more towards quantity rather than quality. As a result, the overall standard of many products has noticeably declined. I still remember how good everything was before the COVID-19 pandemic, when Navya clearly prioritized quality. That said, I have to acknowledge that some of their products are still top-notch and maintain the original taste and standard. I’ve even reported my concerns to customer service in the past, but I haven’t noticed much improvement.
