the tender coconut was way too frozen, rock solid, the texture was way too icy and not enjoyable as the ice cream we expect from Naturals (especially tender coconut) is to be smooth and creamy and on point.

Third class service, person is taking us inside closing the shutter and then not even giving us time to decide what to eat .. my kid was deciding what to eat and he continuesly told 5-6 times late ho raha hai jaldi karo late ho raha hai jaldi karo .. we even ask for taste he told me bhar diya hai abh taste ni milega.. very poor service
