I ordered tender coconut ice cream for my girlfriend and unlike every other ice cream shop, they don't provide ice packs for the delivery!! It's summer in Kolkata and they should provide ice packs in order to keep the ice cream in shape. Every time I order ice cream from Naturals, it is molten. Poor management from Natural Ice Cream.
