I used to order Ukadiche modak since many years for Ganesh Chaturthi from Nativ Chefs. But my recent experience has got me convinced that I will not do so ever again. I had placed my order few days in advance and Nativ Chefs had committed that they’d deliver by 8:30 AM on Ganesh Chaturthi. I had arranged for my pooja schedule, the Guruji, and everything accordingly. Unfortunately there was no delivery until 11:30 AM. Of course much after the pooja and everything was done. This completely defeats the purpose of the entire exercise. The modaks themselves weren’t even up to the mark. I would not recommend to anyone after this experience. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your delivery. Due to a sudden rush, we had hired a third-party delivery service, and unfortunately, the delay occurred because of an issue at their end.
