We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding your recent experiences with our services. Our commitment is to provide the highest level of service, and we take every customer's feedback seriously. As per the data, we have observed that Mrs. Jyoti has ordered more than 50 times with us till date and we appreciate her business. However she has given negative feedbacks for most of her orders. She is therefore well aware of our terms and conditions like- if she has issues with the order, she can inform us immediately and as per policy we would reverse pick up the order and refund our customer. In this case we have also asked her to share the pics of the dish. Only because we need proof to take the escalation further. The issue was that she did not get her choice of 10 pcs of khur, which is not practical. Though 10 pcs were provided, just not of her choice. After careful consideration, it appears that our services may not align with Mrs. Jyoti's preferences since she is quite disappointed even after we have served her diligently on her every order. While we regret any dissatisfaction you may have experienced, we also understand that preferences and expectations can vary. With respect for her perspective, if she believes it's in her best interest to explore alternative options, we support your decision.
