I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nando's Orion Mall. Despite having enjoyed Nando's at various locations, this one fell short, especially compared to the excellent service and food quality at Indira Nagar. The skewer dish we were coerced into ordering turned out to be frozen and poorly cooked, with cold meat inside. Even the famous grilled chicken was a letdown, tasting like a frozen dish rather than fresh. To add to the disappointment, the three-bean salad was a major miss, not suiting our palate at all. We took a few bites and realized it was poorly executed. The Mediterranean salad was equally disappointing. I am so dissatisfied with my brunch today that I'll be sharing pictures to illustrate just how subpar it was. Overall, the unimpressive service, unappetizing main dishes, and poorly executed salads left me extremely upset. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially given its prime location in Orion Mall near the central business district. Despite visiting during brunch hours, the grill wasn't even turned on, adding to the overall disappointment. I won't be returning and strongly advise against anyone else going either. Instead, I recommend the Indira Nagar outlet for a much better Nando's experience in terms of both food quality and service.
