HIGH PRICE - LOWEST QUALITY !!! ( Worst experience dated 08/02/2026) ( Bill No.: 28271 ) These words shall best mention the service that is been done by the Nandavanam Mess. Today we had this worst experience in the same nandavanam mess. Worst in terms of their food. 1. Ready made Mutton Biryani - Ordered a Mutton and a Chicken Biryani. While the Mutton biryani was never a mutton biryani , rather Tomato Rice + Mutton pieces. Even we checked with the staffs if it is a ready made one.But their lie was that its a special of their hotel. Eventhough we received 2 mutton pieces, one flesh and other just a bone - but charged Rs.350 for it. - Worst !!!!!! 2. Tastless and cold Chicken Biryani - The Chicken biryani was literally cold and had no taste other than the rice. That we had to return for replacement, but unsatisfied and cancelled it later. 3. Expired bread halwa - Bread halwa tasted watery and foul smelling, it was definitely done the day before. 4. Unboiled rice - The rice was unboiled and difficult to chew, even another customer had to complaint it to the staffs. 5. Overall experience - It was not only us, but many others were unsatisfied with the experience and this is such a blunder from the side of the restaurant. And the one star shall be given for their satisfactory gravies in non veg meals. and for their service staff, No bad experience with them. It is suggest the management and the food that they serve. Finally, Nandavanam Mess is the prime example that just good ambience doesn't serve you good food. A very bad experience!!!!!!!
