The food quality was below average considering the price. The thali consisted of very basic items like potato sabzi, moong, and varan, which lacked richness and flavor. Charging ₹450 per thali for such limited variety and ordinary taste does not seem justified. I genuinely expected much better quality, taste, and overall value from a place of this reputation. Hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600

We really enjoyed the Gujarati-style thali. All the sabzis and other items were very good quality, mild in taste – not spicy or oily at all. Super light and easy to eat. Even sweet were moderate sweet. Price we paid was Rs.450/- per person. Some items weren’t served hot, but the service was quick and they kept checking if everything was okay, which felt nice and satisfying. They have prepaid system, pay and enter. The dining hall is fully AC. Washrooms are clean. Like the way they served in small quantity, three types of sabzi, Two types of daal, tomato soup & chaas as welcome drink, ragda pattice, small dhokla, small coconut barfi (very yummi), angur malai, roti, puri, coconut thepla, plain rice, mug Khichdi, salad, chutney, crush papad..etc unlimited. They also have a different way of washing hands – a person comes with a सुरई-type water container and pours water on your hands after the meal. Also get paan (विड्याचे पान) after eating. Just a small suggestion – they keep water bottles on the table as per the number of people, but no glasses. It would be better to keep glasses too, as not everyone is comfortable drinking directly from plastic bottles. Visited Naivedya Thali Restaurant with my family for lunch and opted for their Thali. The ambience was calm and pleasant — I’ve shared a few photos to give you a glimpse. We had pre-booked a table and, although we arrived a bit late, the manager graciously held our reservation without any fuss. The seating was comfortable and the service was warm and prompt. We were a group of 12, and the attendant ensured we were all seated smoothly and that lunch was served immediately. The Thali began with classic starters — Wada and Dhokla accompanied by chutney and tamarind sauce. For Indian breads, we were served both roti and puri. The Thali came with 8 small bowls (katoris): 5 were vegetable preparations including potato, paneer, beans, dal, and a delicious dahi vada. The remaining 3 included dahi (curd), kadi, and a beetroot dish. There were also options of white rice and khichdi on the side. The portions were just right — satisfying without being too heavy. I didn’t feel the need for any refills. The food was tasty and well-prepared, with the Dahi Vada being a standout favorite. Overall, a delightful experience in terms of food, hospitality, and ambiance. Would definitely recommend for a traditional, satisfying vegetarian meal.
