I was surprised to see the downgrade in the quality of services and customer handling... The lady at the cash counter was rude... When I asked for some specific item I used to have in this restaurant, she was very blunt in her response that the menu has been changed... When I said I had this recently, she said she is there in this business for 3 years... Card was not accepted, which was fine but the way she responded was not acceptable at all... Really unbelievable as to how Naga Kitchen's food and service quality has detoriated... My last time in Naga Kitchen for sure... Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800
