    Very disappointing experience. Bought food in parcel and they didn’t give sambar or chutney at all. What is the use of serving idli/dosa without basic sides? When asked, the staff behaved casually as if it’s not important. Poor service, lack of responsibility, and zero respect for customers. Will never visit or recommend this hotel to anyone.
