Traditional Kolkata sweets and savouries, some extremely rare ones. We went for "Bangali jawlkhabar" which is a heavy meal to last for hours. Started off with Radhaballabhi with Chholar Dal and Alur Tarkari. Finished off with Chhanar Jilipi, Kheerer chop, Sandesh, pantua. Packed some Chhanar Mudki, Bondey and Darbesh. It's a shop with just two tables, not really meantvfir people to sit gown and eat, I suppose most people do takeaways, do the poor ambiance and rating. But, the sweets and savouries are top class. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

'Naba Krishna Guin' is the famous for their Bonde.It is the old sweet shop in kolkata.All sandesh are very tasty.If you go there don't miss their yellow coloured 'Chita Bhog'.They have changed their name,new name is 'New Naba Krishna Guin'.
