I faced problems from 2 outlets (Airoli and Ghansoli). I am pure vegeterian guy. If i want to eat someting i prefer the pure veg restaurant. In their board written that "PURE VEG" but in the kitchen they making the non-veg also. Navratree hotel misleading the customer and also doing the malpractices. Even not follow the basic rules of FSSAI. When i ask to the staff you mention that your restaurant is "Pure Veg" so why you guys making the non - veg dishes. They replied we make the dish seperate. If you look outside, many restaurants serve veg and non-veg but why are we prefer pure veg restaurant because we know that only veg food is made here. If I go to veg and non-veg ask about the question(is it the veg and non veg dish is seperate or not) staff will said we prepare the dishes (veg and non-veg) separately. But there is a trust issue. We want to keep our custom intact, hence we go to pure veg restaurant. Even if it is costly then it is fine but it should be pure veg. I can suggest you the guys don't go to the this type restaurant.
