Beautiful Cozy Spot With Amazing Ambience but Communication Issues 1. Ambience & Vibes (5/5): Honestly one of the best cozy cafe I’ve been to so far. It has a ground floor and an upstairs area with multiple rooms, including balcony seating facing the road (super nice). You can see the effort everywhere! Vines, small potted plants, warm lighting, different seating types, and thoughtful decor touches throughout. 2. Service & Staff (2.5/5): This is where things fell short. I ordered 4 items and they got 2 of them wrong. Since the ordering is done on the ground floor and the kitchen is upstairs, I’m guessing things got mixed up. Even after confirming my order, both a food item and the drink came out wrong. I didn’t mind the drink mix-up, but I had specifically asked for a veg dish (veg manchurian) and they brought chicken cutlets, which was way off. The staff were polite and apologetic though and they quickly replaced it with the correct item. So all ended well. 3. Foods & Drinks (4/5): The Masala Chai which was the wrong drink actually turned out to be really nice, so no complaints there. The Kimbap could’ve used stickier rice, and without chopsticks it was a bit awkward to eat. The manchurian was genuinely good, and I can definitely see myself ordering it again. 4. Pricing & Value (4.5/5): Slightly on the higher side, but still fair considering the ambience and the overall experience. 5. Cleanliness & Hygiene (4/5): The decor and setup were lovely, but it seemed like they were in the middle of some adjustments. A few things were misplaced here and there, nothing that ruined the vibe but enough to keep this from being a perfect score. Overall a genuinely nice and fair spot with fantastic ambience. If they streamline their communication between floors, this place could easily fill up fast (even with a KFC right next door).
