My order was 2.30 hours late and the restaurant was continuously cutting my calls and not even listening to the delivery partner when i told him to give the call to the manager. Worst experience

Absolutely horrible experience with My Bakery World, Patna. I ordered a butterscotch cake through Swiggy. The cake delivered looked nothing like the image – it was stale, filthy, not even butter scotch and had visible hair in it. They wrote on the cake using the worst possible cream. Several guests who ate the cake complained of itching in their throats and a vomiting sensation. Although Swiggy issued a refund after I complained, this was no compensation for the ruined party and distress. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs! Food: 1
