Worst service experience. Waiting staff was clueless, and just standing there talking to each other, they didn't even know what kind of softdrinks they have in stock. Manager is unprofessional and made commitment which were not fulfilled, the seating arrangements were not as per our requirement and discounts offered on booking were denied on billing. Food was bad, too much salt and cold dinner served... Never gonna visit again. Nor gonna recommend to someone. 3 things should be changed at the earliest, if they wanna save this place 1. Waiting staff 2. Cooking staff 3. Manager Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food is okay, but the management and staff are quite unprofessional. We went there to celebrate an occasion by cutting a cake, and we handed it over to the staff to serve it for cutting. Firstly, no one was listening to us. Then, they served the food and said, "You will cut the cake last, right?" Later, they themselves cut the cake and served it in bowls. This was very disappointing. When we complained at the reception, they called the waiter to ask about it, and the waiter was rude, saying, “It’s already cut, what can we do now?” They ruined the occasion. The ambiance is good, the food is okay, but the staff needs to be more professional. They are there to serve customers better, but they ended up ruining the mood and the celebration. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Dont try the chicken wings, it taste like honey chilly potato.
