I had ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday,after reading all the reviews. The cake ticks all the checkboxes, design ,taste and delivery timeline was excellent. Worst product I ordered Benton cake with specific design what I received is this after complaing they said I bought on car so it's not my fault and the price is high still does not accept that it their fault worthless honestly saying.....people you can check if I ordered in bento or 1pound cake okk don't acr smart mun bakers

You ordered a specific design that was made accordingly and you mentioned a one pound cake not a bento cake..if it was a bento cake you wouldn't have paid the amount what you paid..and the design you gave won't even fit on a bento cake .so you were sure what you have ordered already. Your words written here are contradictory..plus these days it's so warm and hot any chocolate item will melt down and you were already been mentioned it may melt down as you were taking it to a far off place that too without anyone's help and that too just putting it on the passenger's seat without even holding it..so how is my service and the cake's quality at fault? That you have mentioned it's pathetic! If the cake's quality and the taste is bad I accept my fault which you haven't mentioned anywhere..so tell me how am I at fault if you have spilled the cake while after delivery after showing you the cake already while delivery!! Just be honest in putting on a review for someone's hard work.. This was the cake that was delivered and shown to you while delivery that is our main priority and motto to show the cake to the customer before delivery .
