I had an extremely disappointing experience at Multi Spice Restaurant. I ordered the Hyderabadi biryani, and what I received was far from what I expected. There was no white rice, just a bowl of only rice mixed with palak gravy—completely inedible. When I asked for a replacement, they simply gave me a bowl of white rice on the side instead of mixing it properly. The staff was unhelpful, especially the person with dark skin and less hair, who was extremely rude and dismissive when I raised my concern, saying, "This is biryani, what more do you want?" This was truly the worst dining experience I’ve had, and I will not be coming back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommended dishes: Masala Papad
