Booked a table , the guard said that the restaurant is not taking order and booking was confirmed on Zomato . Then we went to a different place .

this is probably the worst experience I've ever had. The service was pathetic, no one was there to attend the restaurant and they took an hour to bring our order. On top of that the order was wrong, took more time to get the correct dish which again was wrong and not to mention had a below average taste. Did not even finish it and throughout this the service was also poor. Made us pay completely for it despite the poor quality. Would never recommend anyone.

Disappointing experience at Maotai ! The food was a real letdown - the food was cold, bland, and overpriced. The service was also inattentive and unfriendly. The atmosphere was nice, but that's about it. Maybe they need to revamp their menu and staff training? Won’t recommend at all they truly spoiled our evening
