Talking about the ambience — it’s just okay. However, it’s not comfortable to sit here during rain or summer. Coming to the food and service, we were totally disappointed. The staff are not at all welcoming; they serve with a very rude attitude. We ordered some of their best-rated dishes, but none met expectations. The pizza had barely any toppings — even the mushroom pizza had just two tiny mushroom slices. The Madurai Bun Maska was a complete disappointment. The most upsetting part was the hot chocolate — what they served was actually hot chocolate ganache. How are we supposed to drink ganache? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Visited Mud Cups, Erode last Sunday on Friendship Day. The place was quite crowded, and they had organized a few interesting activities like a friendly welcome by a person dressed as a joker and a fun 10 second timer game. Although I didn’t win the game, it added a fun element to the visit. The ambiance was vibrant and the interior design was aesthetically pleasing a nice spot for friends and family to hang out. However, there were a few major drawbacks. The area around the lights had a lot of flies and insects, some of which even fell into our food very unhygienic. There were 2–3 staff taking orders, but only one person serving and cleaning. The server didn’t speak Tamil and didn’t know how to handle cutlery properly, he placed the spoon directly on a dirty table, which was very off putting. Though orders were taken quickly, food took around 15–30 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, the taste was quite disappointing. Overall, I was really let down by the experience.
