I dont know how people have given 4 star but please give honest review. One of the third grade service where tat staff not only forgets the order but also forgets if you are waiting for your order. Busy on their phone and lost.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good atmosphere but service is at worst . They treat customer as if they are on notice period. Way to first floor of sitting is challenging as one has to climb steap iron stairs .A lady was requesting to deliver chai at 1st floor but they totally refrained to do so, even though there were 4-5 staff were present , but no one willing to come out to deliver that tea. Owner of Thai shop should consider such feedback seriously if they want to make most of it . Previously it was good when I vai sited a year back but now management sucks . Totally disappointing.
