Hello Ms. Saha, We are extremely apologetic about your unpleasant experience at our Cafe on the 18th of April, 2025. Since it was a weekend and we had quite a lot of rush and a full-house, we were running slightly late on our orders and we will definitely try to keep this in account next time and try to serve food faster to the table. Since we are a small family run Cafe, we make everything fresh and food takes a little more time to come to your table, as already mentioned in our Menu on the first page. You had placed an order for a Ham & Egg Sandwich, half of which you had at our Cafe and the other half you asked to be packed. We really wish you had informed us about the excess salt in your sandwich when you were physically present at our Cafe, we’d have been more than glad and obliged to make you a fresh sandwich, right from the scratch, and taken care of the salt too in the process. You had also ordered for a Spaghetti Aglio Olio Mushroom, Salted Caramel Mocha Frappé and a Pineapple Soda. Kindly let us know if the aforementioned food items also had any problems in them since you had also packed a little of the left-over Spaghetti along with your sandwich. If you help us with your feedback, we will take it up with the Kitchen with immediate effect and work on it to make ourselves better. We highly value each of our customers and to send them back with an unhappy tummy and soul is the last thing we want to do. We absolutely love hosting each one of you and we make our food with a lot of passion, sometimes we also err in the kitchen (as most humans do) due to various factors but feedbacks such as your’s help us in buckling-up in the problem areas and serve amazing food each and every time. Hope you give us another chance and visit us once again, we promise you we will not let you down. Cheers!
