The cafe has a truly great vibe and a fantastic ambiance. The seating is comfortable, and it's clear the owners invested a good amount of money to create a stylish, appealing space in an area like Sarjapur. It has all the makings of a great hangout spot. However, the experience fell short in two major areas. The food was extremely overpriced for what it was. The taste was okay, but it absolutely did not justify the high cost. Honestly, you could go to many other modern cafes and have a delicious meal for the same price. This was a real letdown. The service was also a disappointment. Unlike typical hotel staff who are welcoming and attentive, the employees here were just normal. They didn’t provide the kind of joyful, welcoming service that makes a customer feel valued and want to return. It's a subtle thing, but it definitely affects the overall experience and makes it feel like a one-time visit. Ultimately, this place feels like a missed opportunity. It has incredible potential due to its ambiance and location, but it's not a happening spot because of the issues with pricing and service. The owner should intervene to bring some life back into the cafe, because with a few changes, it could truly be a fantastic place. I was really hungry and ordered katti roll. Had one of the worst Katti roll in life and highly overpriced for the quality. The roll was not cooked. Parts of it were uncooked and it was very oily. And this was served after 30 min after asking 2-3 times about my order. When I complained they didn’t respond and silently escaped. The street vendor sells many times better and half the price. If you are not ready for the order tell you are not ready don’t serve half cooked food. I left half the food. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst places I’ve ever visited. I ended up with food poisoning because the food was absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. There were even insects crawling on the floor, and the washroom was filthy and clearly not maintained. The staff were rude, careless, and didn’t seem trained at all. The owner and manager were arrogant and completely unbothered, showing zero concern for customer health or feedback. Honestly, they seem more focused on making money than providing any kind of decent service. Unsafe, dirty, and highly unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
