I'm writing to express my disappointment with my today’s experience at your shop. I was shocked to find that they are providing heavy cream frost on a thin layer of bread in the name of cheese cake. This was my first time visiting Mr. Crust, at Vijay Nagar and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. I hope you'll look into this matter and improve on what are you selling. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹600–800

I just ordered a cake in the afternoon through Mr. Crust Bakers : Choco Mousse Cake : 1 Pcs. I have received this cake in unconditional and Worst and Bad condition, what should I do with this cake now, I was raising queries on customer support at ZOMATO, so he asked me for a video, As soon as the cake was received, I opened it and only clicked a photo. What was the use of ordering through Zomato when I lost my money, I want my entire money refunded. I had also added a note to mention my Friend's name "Happy Birthday Babita" on the cake, but I am not able to see the name clearly on this entire cake.
