Hi, I ordered a cake from Mr.Brown and unfortunately the quality was extremely disappointing. The sponge was dry, the cream tasted stale, and overall it didn’t feel fresh at all. This was for a special occasion and the experience was honestly ruined. I would really appreciate it if you could process a refund for this order, as the product was not up to acceptable standards. Thank you.”
