Extremely Disappointing Experience – Tarnishing the Moti Mahal Legacy We recently chose this restaurant for a special occasion – my wife's birthday – due to its close proximity. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a complete disaster. The service was shockingly slow – it took them an eternity to serve even basic items like chapati. I have never experienced such sluggish service, not even at roadside dhabas, which are far more attentive and responsive. To make matters worse, the manager (or chief staff), Mr. Mehta, was rude and arrogant. When we politely raised our concerns about the poor service, his behavior was dismissive and unacceptable. Someone with such a lack of customer service skills should not be in a customer-facing role. On top of all this, the food quality was substandard and nowhere near what one would expect from a brand like Moti Mahal. Overall, a deeply regrettable experience. This particular outlet is doing more damage to the Moti Mahal brand than supporting its legacy. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address these serious issues. Pathetic service...asked for a home delivery but the staff said would take an hour....waited for next one hour 10 minutes and called them again and they said my order would take 25 minutes more....canceled the order...worst experience...
