I ordered Chicken Mexican Shawarma via Zomato from Moriz but the restaurant didn't send me the order and then they started arguing with me. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant manager is too unresponsive. I was not even given a refund at first. After many hassles I got a refund from Zomato's end but the restaurant was largely unresponsive. The food quality while dining in is also very bad. While dining in as well the waiters and staff do not give the required service. They often make mistakes in the order and also add unnecessary items while billing! They provide the worst service ever! I would never recommend this restaurant.

I ordered 3 Malabar biryanis to eat in the dinner from Moriz restaurant, Kammanahalli yesterday and everyone in my family fell sick the very next day. Each one of my family members suffering from stomach infection..I already have taken up this matter with Swiggy people and they said that they will talk to the restaurant people..It is sad and unfortunate that nowadays these restaurant people play with the health of people and compromise on the quality of food..
