I purchased 2 bags of cutlets, 1 veg puff, and 1 pastry from Monginis, Sinhgad Road, and the total bill was around ₹140–₹150. I requested 2–3 times for a carry bag or even a paper pouch, but the staff clearly said that they do not provide any carry bag or paper pouch. Because of this, I was unable to carry the items properly, and it became very inconvenient. It felt like a waste, as all the items were in my hands without any proper packing. Even medical shops provide paper pouches for small purchases, but this outlet did not provide anything at all. I request you to please improve this service and provide at least a paper pouch or carry bag for customers. It will make a big difference and improve the customer experience.

Best cake shop on Sinhagad Road. This has been one of the oldest Monginis cake shops in Pune. Great variety of cakes that can be bought for our loved ones. You can order your personalized cakes here as well. The cakes here are fresh ones. You'll never see that a cake from the previous day is kept for sale.
