One of the very first cake shops that I've loved from childhood and still do, can't miss the chicken puff here if I even pass from this street and then the black forest cake yummmmm

Used to be one of the best cake and bakery brand in India once upon a time but now quality has deteriorated. However they are trying to keep the cake quality on top but are not being able to survive in the competition of the cake world. Earlier we never had amazing bakeries and cake outlets now we have loads so our expectations have changed.
I have also had their chicken burger, chicken pan pizza etc regularly. The pan pizza is pretty good but their chicken puff is pretty bad.
The santaczruz branch is a bit cramped.

With month end approaching few dayz back and the craving for sweet stuck out loud, had no option but to enter our beloved reasonably priced pastry shop Monginis. This outlet is located outside Santacruz (W) railway station.

Tiny congested shop. Gets really crowded with 3-4 people inside. Tried the zebra torte and veg puff. Veg puff had generous fillings and tasted good. Zebra torte on the other hand tasted really dry. Monginis please be a little generous with creams!! _/\_

Overall not a good experience at this particular outlet compared to the other one's. Maybe the freshness of the cake and lack of cream dressing was an issue!. Cheers..!
