Had placed an order 15 hrs before, made the payment. When I went to pickup they said they don't have my order in stock. I said "I've come all the way and specifically came here because you said you have it. You didn't even call to tell me it's not available, I would have cancelled the order. Please compensate with an extra pastry." For one extra pastry they made me talk on the phone who took my order, and he started talking loudly in return instead of understanding how they were at fault and how they can compensate . Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
