Today I visited MomoMia, Munger. I ordered momos and went to wash my hands. I noticed that the sink and sink area were very unhygienic. The tissue provided was of very poor quality and stuck to my fingers, so I had to wash my hands again and could not use the tissue properly. I informed one of your staff members about this issue. After my order was served, when I took the first bite, I found that the momos were uncooked. I again informed the lady sitting at the counter, but she was busy on her phone. This was a very disappointing experience. I request you to please improve hygiene standards and food quality to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I ordered the Paneer Kurkure Momos (6 pcs for ₹150), and the quality was unacceptable. The paneer felt stale and chewy, suggesting it wasn't fresh, and the outer coating was hard and dry rather than crispy. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
