I've ordered from this outlet multiple times through a food delivery app and found the taste to be decent. However, my first takeaway experience today was disappointing. The service was poor, with larger orders being prioritized over smaller ones. Despite having a lower token number, I was served after those with higher numbers. After waiting 40 minutes, I decided to cancel my order (though they assured fast delivery initially). The manager understood and refunded me. Ironically, just as I was leaving, they offered to serve me, and I accepted, but the package was incomplete; condiments and soup were missing. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. Service: 1
