Mohan Ji Puri Wale

Here you can try the Indian cuisine. Being at this restaurant, eat perfectly cooked chole bhature, turkey and bhaji pav. A lot of reviewers think that jalebi is good. A selection of great lassi is offered to visitors.

Food delivery is a big advantage of Mohan Ji Puri Wale. If you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is nice at this place. Spectacular service is something guests agree upon here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with democratic prices at this spot. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is pretty. But many people who use Google didn't give this restaurant a high rating.

I recently visited Mohan Ji Puri Wale and tried both the puri chole and khasta chole. The puri chole was really tasty—crispy puris and flavorful chole made for a satisfying meal. However, I didn’t enjoy the khasta chole as much. It lacked the same freshness and taste. The presentation was nice and the place felt clean. Overall, a good spot if you're craving puri chole in Haridwar, but I’d skip the khasta next time. Service: 3

I have a fan of this restaurant since 2012 but on my recent visit, after a few months gap, it was simply heart breaking to see the deterioration in the food quality and customer service. Perhaps new ownership or management has taken over but a total disregard towards the quality and presentation of food and basic service needs was absolutely unforgivable, despite a hefty increase in prices. There was not one paper napkin in sight and customers were seen using receipt paper to wipe their hands, with 4 staff members looking on. No steel pitchers and steel glasses on the tables, having been replaced by the flimsiest disposal cups and a help yourself water dispenser (obviously to push beverage sales). The food was luke warm and unfresh and with everything being served out of a buffet set up in the kitchen. No more fresh puris, bhatura and jalebis were visible at the entrance. Even the dosas and noodles were pre-prepared and served damp and coldish. The whole set up was loudly communicating to all customers : “ Bring in your fat wallets and leave your expectations for decent meal out of the door. And while at it, do eat at your own peril.” I apologise for my grumpiness but it truly was a very poor visit and I am still cursing myself for having allowed my young son to consume the food on offer.
