This is to bring to your attention an ongoing scam being carried out at several bars in the area. Women connect with individuals through dating applications and deliberately plan dates at these establishments. With the active involvement of the bar staff, they execute fraudulent activities. During the visit, the woman intentionally orders hookah and other high-priced drinks to inflate the bill. Subsequently, the bar staff add unjustified extra charges under the names of VAT, service charges, and miscellaneous fees. The bill is presented and cleared hastily, after which the same pattern is repeated with another victim. This practice is not limited to a single establishment; multiple nearby bars are engaging in similar fraudulent activities.
