My feedback is just for your staff and delivery part.
i have store in same DT Mall on ground floor and i frequently order coffees for our customers but staff never send there guy to our shop. every time they replied when i request to send your staff to send coffee etc he always replied that staff on lunch or on leave. but when my guy go there to pick coffee there is no customer in shop and three guys present in shop. if you cant deliver at shop then you should spoken clearly that we cant but dont do this with customers.

*** Sharing a feedback on the professionalism of the staff behaviour *** We had ordered multiple items out of which pasta was there, The pasta was stinking with onion smell so we had asked the staff to take it back and give a new one less onion / no onion to which they were totally reluctant and initially denied but upon asking multiple times they finally agreed and took the plates from our table in aggression. Please work on this and listen to customer feedback’s and have some professionalism in your staffs behaviour Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
