    I have visited Mocha several times before and have always loved the food and the overall experience. However, my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. The pasta was very chewy and didn’t feel right at all—my friend felt the same. Considering the price point of over ₹500, the quality was unacceptable; I honestly get better pasta at my hostel canteen. Additionally, the hot chocolate was not up to the mark and tasted more like Bournvita than a premium drink. Overall, it was not a good experience. What hurt the most was that when I informed the staff about the pasta, no action was taken and I was simply told that it was “okay.” At that point, I felt there was no point in arguing further, but I left feeling quite disappointed.
